Fair enough. I prefer typing in French on the laptop AZERTY layout, but for the odd accent, the phone long-press is quick'n'easy.

$10bn seems to be Trump's starting bid for personal pocket money these days. At least the BBC is saying "Sod off", which is more than Congress will do, I suspect, and would signify in the most overt way that they've handed the 'power of the purse' over to the Embezzler-in-Chief completely.
