Which pretty well invalidates the justifications he gave when first introducing his tariff regime (how some countries had an imb of payments). Now it's no more than a crude import tax and so crude as to damage a fair number of sectors.
Of course over time as world starts focussing elsewhere no doubt Trùmp will be announcing "adjustments" that'll keep world focus on him (again)
The fact that there have been retaliatory Tariffs that may still be binding and where countries have sought other markets in the face of unpredictability, doesn't fair well for the US long term.
However, the pushback from SCOTUS and that Trump cannot run completely rough shod over the constitution is something to cheer about. Perhaps he going to crash around all the way to the mid terms unconvincingly.
