Trump has made a bigly great deal with China. The US will reduce tariffs to 30% and China will reduce theirs to 10%.
He hasn't caved in to his own stupidity in any way.
What a great businessman! He's only increased the cost of Chinese imported goods to 30% more than they were originally whilst gaining nothing for the US!
He's made China agree to stop sending Fentanyl to the US. They have agreed to this as they don't do that anyway, they just sell the raw ingredients for it. Plus China has agreed to open it's market to US products and goods that they don't want and won't order.
Winning!
China is not at all smug at the massive victory and sitting back whilst stroking their white Persian cat.

In 30 years from now, the Trump presidency will be serialised by Netflix. Young people increasingly enticed by far left populism will not believe it is true, and old people will wonder why it's been toned down so much.

A group of 59 white South Africans has arrived in the US, where they are to be granted refugee status.
