They are tiptoeing around that defamation lawsuit. Don't know if it really matters whether they call it a conspiracy theory, because the MAGA base doesn't distinguish or understand the difference between a conspiract theory and anything that's actually happened. It is a trap that Trump has fallen into and the only alternative label he has available is fake news, and hope they can be persuaded that last month's conspiracy is this month's fake news.

And within that, a woman who was detained (without due process and who had no criminal record) who gave birth to a still born baby 5 months through her pregnancy after complaining about abdominal pain whilst her feet were shackled and the guards looked on without assisting her. She was later deported.
The United States government is structured around three distinct and co-equal branches: the legislative, executive, and judicial branches which Trump is trying to dismantle and/or circumvent.

Anyone in the country that doesn't not have the legal right to be there , can and should be deported.

Tariffs are generating revenue for the USA, encouraging multinational companies to setup manufacturing in the USA. Which will make products cheaper than from abroad.Stock market is booming, so it's not impacting the markets.

I most probably am but I will make my feelings crystal clear and in that process, there is clear delineation (for my own sanity and reasoning). I refuse to let these individuals blur the lines.
I will also feel really smug - smug in the knowledge that I am human, I would like to think that I am brave enough to express feelings, humble enough to admit fault - all sadly lacking in the Tin Man and Schmidt.
If they think they are superior to you and I then they must see empathy as a weakness.
