Donnie mentioned that he wouldn't see the refurbished jet he plane he was gifted - '...what a beautiful thing though I don't know if i'll live long enough to see it'. This while in Qatar.
He's mentioned whether he'll go to heaven on more than one occasion though to be fair, he didn't think he would, of that he was pretty certain.

The swollen ankles will be treated with some sort of diuretic and that long term use of diuretics can cause kidney failure as they are highly nephrotoxic.
