Probably been said many times before (here and everywhere) but when dealing with a bully more you give in and allow bullying the more you and others will be bullied. At some point somebody has to stand-up and say "no more". Just "Yes Sir" and "Certainly Sir" to do whatever unreasonable demands the bully makes just empowers them to bully all the more.
