Would President Trump order an attack / war with Iran to bolster support before the upcoming US Mid Term elections?

Analyse Trumps actions in terms of asserting his power, distracting from domestic issues from the economy to Epstein and procurement.
His whole agenda is vengeance, personal enrichment and transaction.
It's quite possible the TACO will back down as soon as he gets the right sort of rhetoric out of Iran. Iran has also threatened to reveal stuff about Trump and his past crimes - see my post above ^.

'Get me elected and i'll give you a tax break. I'll also bury anything about your involvement with Epstein in return'.

On that note... if Iran has Kompromat on Trump and Israel has Kompromat on Trump and Russia has... then he is so compromised and beholden, it was probably the worst decision to run for presidency for a second time but I don't think he calculated just how much this would come back at him. In his narcissistic head, I think he thought he could sit on everything. He told Wolfe the biographer at the end of his first term 'I left cash on the table'.
Like all dictators, he's only interested in self.

An interesting question. Logically no, as Trumpf campaigned on ending all international campaigns.
But this is Trumpf so, yes. A distraction from Epstein and makes him look big. Think of it as his Falklands.

What has come to light is the sheer nepotism in the contracts to procure and run detention and deportation. It's a web. A self serving web of government contracts given without proper tender and by-passing competition rules making people like Holden, Noem (who flies around in a A737 jet), Miller and many others, very rich. All on tax payers money. It's obscene. Metering out cruelty is profitable.
