To he it just highlights what a complete waste of time it is coming to any agreement(s) with Trümp. You can spend time and resources negotiating, coming to agreement, gear-up to meet the agreements and suddenly Trúmp just tears-up that agreement and you have no idea where you stand.

She may not have instigated the conflict, but she certainly invited it by reducing/removing defence forces from the South Atlantic to save money.
