Whether you think there is a problem or not is up tp you, it does not change the position we are in.Its rather sad you cannot let go your upset at a decision you cannot undo
it is stopping you from changing the future because you are so wrapped up in insulting those who 9 years ago disagreed with you

God, was it that long ago? I miss the arguments we used to have in the pub, where our group were probably 60:40 in favour of Remain...and we all remain friends.

it is stopping you from changing the future...
Again you are giving me way too much credit.
I do appreciate that you may think I have that much power in my gift. Truly humbled.

There you go again inflaming the situation.
It is irrelevant whether you think its good or bad. That does not change the position. We are where we are and we cannot go back and make the 2016 vote unhappen
Difficult to solve a problem if you don't recognise the problem.

Important to understand the causes of a problem to avoid making the same mistakes again.

The problem is too many of these.

I'm not sure you have grasped the Brexiteer's opinion of the French.
To save you the bother, it was defined at Agincourt and prevails.

True.

One of my Leave voting drinking pals gave his reason for voting leave as "we have been fighting the bastards for a 1,000 years, and, we have been winning, they hate us"

Cosmopolitan type is he?

Doubt he'd be into those poncy cocktails, sounds more like a fan of good old(e) English room temperature real ale to me.

Er, no. Stella or Carlsberg I'd imagine. And real ale should be at 'cellar temperature', not room temperature.

None of that foreign muck, surely!
(Does it count as foreign muck if it is brewed in England under license and tastes nothing like the original? I think I have my answer.)

There's always John Smiths.

A regular in Benidorm, or Magaluf

Generally a Guinness man, but, has been known to make the odd cocktail of Guiness and Vodka
