Seriously @CXRAndy why don't you emigrate to the US? You seemingly cannot find anything wrong with the way Trump and the MAGA crowd does anything, including ignoring the Constitution, or the ravings and influence of Musk and cannot find anything right in the way that the UK governs itself. You keep telling us you are seriously wealthy so should have no trouble being accepted and welcomed there, and presumably could afford to fund any of your close family who wanted to go with you.
We would miss you of course but you could still post on here as our correspondent from Shangri-la reminding us of what we are missing.
On the downside you would be nearer to Guadeloupe but still far way from the risk of being driven into and killed by terrorists should you want to go to a Christmas market.
