Those who followed him. Angela Rayner, for example, follows nearly 5000 people. I very much doubt she, or whoever manages her socials, spends time deleting redundant follows.

I‘ve unfollowed, and even blocked, accounts that I had followed after they’d posted abhorrent suff that showed up in my timeline. I find it hard to fathom why, for example, Angela Rayner wouldn’t at least unfollow an account with such red flags as Caplin’s.
