I don't agree with refusing visas on those grounds, too arbitrary, but those refused visas haven't had their free speech curtailed.

Refusing visa has just pushed the block from entering the US, to departing Europe.
Lest we forget, several individuals were already refused entry because they had said nasty things about Trumpy on the social media.
