Driving back from Swansea to Cardiff today I was browsing the radio channels and came across GBNews so listened to it.

Unbelievable the level of right wing bias. They make no attempt at balance at all. Examples of news items were a schoolkids march in Bristol protesting about Palestine which was "promoted by one of Corbyn's mob", and a former soldier describing how the police were supporting "these pro-Hamas" marches on Saturday. He did graciously admit a number of the marchers were supporting Palestine.

Oh, and the Tory Party is now to the left of the people of this country and they need more people like Braverman to get them back to being a proper Tory party.

If it were not so dangerous it would be laughable.

Next time I'll settle for Boom Radio :music:

I'm surprised you thought it was anything else.

Ofcom, in common with many other regulators, chooses such a light touch approach that there’s little to no actual regulating or enforcing done. Lack of balls, political caution, and revolving door syndrome, sadly.

I worked for Ofcom (in a technical capacity, not media content) some years ago. It was pretty universally acknowledged that in most areas it was less effective than the predecessor agencies that were combined to form Ofcom.

Gbeebies reporting that a 20mph sign has blocked a pensioner in his drive for 4 months.
I guess the saw delivery went by Evri.

If that's what they're reporting then it's a fabrication. His gate is blocked but he still has access.
