Under the mantra that you guys believe - 'Transwomen are women' - he would be serving his sentence in a women's prison and his victims should be referring to him as 'she'. That would be the result of the self id that you support.

While I'm in the Transwomen are women camp I've not advocated sending them all into the female estate when imprisoned.

Depends on how they are assessed as a risk.

And if they're on the women's estate they're not likely to be allowed to mix.

Violent women go to women's jails. Women sex offenders go to women's jails. Exceptionally violent women offenders are risk assessed and still go to women's jails.

If you don't think trans identifying men should be in women's jails because they are violent or sexual offenders then you don't really think they are women.

If they're a threat to women they need to be dealt with in a way that manages that.

Either they're on the male or female estate but either way they're probably in solitary.

People with GRCs are the gender they identify with. Whether that's self ID is a different question.
