Unlike many sports, Strongman has always been clear about participation criteria.

In a competition famed for camaraderie I can't imagine she's going to be particularly popular, so that's almost certainly the end of a very brief career at that level.

The strange thing is that this case has got a lot of attention when trans identifying men have dominated in some sports for years without much mainstream coverage. Perhaps the tide is turning a little bit.

Million dollar question, if there was not as much media attention, would they have acted the same way? Considering her previous ''records'' the answer is no. It takes outrage not other competitors or in this context women's voices are ignored, again.

I don't believe that she believes a single word that comes out of her gob. She's only in it for the dollar.

I'd suspect the timing is more because the only Strongman stuff that ever gets any kind of significant attention is going to be on TV in a month.

Yes, but that kind of contradicts other reports that came out that talk about other competitions she competed in, they had not a lot of media coverage but obviously the ones she was competing against did speak out, and they where ignored. So it does sound a lot like women's voices are not as important as a bit of media outrage.

I always tought doctors should put patients first but we now have ''pro trans'' probably ''anti trans'' and anything in between? kind of doctors? What it wrong with doctors wanting whatever is best for their patients? might prevent a suicide or two.
