The photo on the Twitter link you gave is trans identifying male Roxy Tickle. As I said, suing an Australian business woman because Roxy wants to be on her women only app. No idea what the video was about as I didn't watch it.

Looks like there was a good turn out for the Let Women Speak even in Edinburgh though. A few men with masks and nasty homophobic signs turned up as usual but that's par for the course.

FFS Aurora ... the EHRC are not the government. The EHRC do not have the competence to give instructions, they have the competence to give advice. However their advice should be compliant with UK law and not be contradictory to it, as is the case. More fact resistance.

Their advice is compliant with UK law. Every single day groups are lawfully discriminated against on the grounds of their sex, their age, not having a disability, not being gay, and so on. It's not done on a case by case basis of the individual but on a scenario by scenario basis.

It was sent to me by somebody else as a link to tweet by KJK. When I clicked on it, it went to that tweet by KJK. I've just clicked on it again to see if the link has somehow changed, it has not, it still links to KJK.

Frankly I just can't trust you to tell the truth about anything. I have no reason to think you are telling the truth now.

It is High Court judges who have said that blanket bans are unlawful, this is because they are unlawful in international law too. I am not giving you my opinion, I am relaying facts - a High Court judge ruled that a blanket ban on trans people being placed in female prisons would be unlawful. That is now the legal precedent unless or until it is overturned by a higher court or the law is changed by parliament.

You've been provided with extracts from the judgements and links to the official documents time and again. And yet your pretence continues.
