Court fines are payable, especially when it's for contempt of court. Receiver appointed to collect the money owing to the courts, by Burke.

It doesn't natter if it stemmed from his belief about aliens, George Soros, the Royal Family being Lizards or being the messiah.
Contempt of court is contempt of court. He was ordered by a court not to do something. He did the thing. There is no nuance, no but this, but that. He was held in contempt of court and has been punished accordingly.
