I think you are right. MAGA hate everyone else a lot more than they hate each other. They won't turn their guns on each other until they the whole world is just a pile of rubble.

Trump then trashed Tucker Carlson in an interview with ABC’s Jonathan Karl, after Tucker called the Iran War “disgusting and evil”. Trump: "Tucker has lost his way. I knew that a long time ago, and he's not MAGA. MAGA is saving our country. MAGA is making our country great again. MAGA is America first, and Tucker is none of those things. And Tucker is really not smart enough to understand that."
… I will note, this comes a few days after Laura Loomer met with Trump and played him clips of Tucker trashing him at various times. I asked Loomer to comment on it. This was her response: “I took him down.”

Add Fuentes. I keep mentioning Fuentes and Carlson and Alex Jones and other MAGA influencers on here but it doesn't seem to provoke much reaction but it's hard to convey just how much they have shaped the MAGA base and rhetoric. You know things are bad when Fuentes goes on a 'f*ck Trump' rant and that the Republican party should 'crash and burn in the mid terms' and you should vote Democrat. Fuentes is a self styled Neo Nazi.
