One wonders is the Attorney General has the guts to sack her, or if the Director of the SFO will resign.

On this occasion I agree with Spen.

The interactions with the fixer were jaw dropping and that's before disclosure failings.

How long exactly has disclosure to the defence been a thing? PACE?

I rather enjoyed the BBC drama show trial in which failure to disclose was a subplot.

It is amazing how silent the Attorney General's Office are on this - announcing an inquiry to kick matter into the long grass...then no further action will be taken
