Go to the top of the class. You have noticed the illogicality of anything to do with Trump's decisions, including my analysis.

logic & Trump in the same sentence?

Oh, now they tell us.

Have they stopped killing Gazans now?

It's unclear but I don't think there were. All 6 acquitted on burglary, 2 not guilty of violent disorder. Failed to reach a verdict on criminal damage charges and on the hitting the police officer with a hammer charge. Presume CPS will have to decide whether there is a enough likelihood of a conviction to go for a retrial.

(Edited for clarity)

The Palestine Action members on trial for entering the premises of Elbit in Bristol are cleared of the Aggravated Burglary charge, and the jury failed to reach verdicts in most other charges.

It isn't clear to me from the reporting if there were any convictions at all.
That's a not guilty after 18 months incarceration.

I see the "peace" is going well. :banghead:😢

"Israeli air strikes kill at least 28 Palestinians in Gaza, rescue officials say"

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c701g1g00gdo
Before the October 7 attacks i didn't hear you about's hamas and friends dialy strikes didn't i? just because they where less effective doesn't make the intentions any better.
How many of the 71000 Palestinians in the war do the claim were combatants? This is the difference that allows the distinction between 'war' and genocide.
from the CNN article over the same statement ( https://edition.cnn.com/2026/01/30/middleeast/israeli-military-gaza-killed-numbers-intl ) '' the Palestinian Ministry of Health said a total of 71,667 Palestinians were killed in Gaza since the start of the war, as well as 171,343 injured. That number includes 492 Palestinians killed in Israeli strikes since the ceasefire began in mid-October. The ministry, which does not differentiate between civilians and militants, has routinely published lists of those killed in Israeli attacks in Gaza.''

A other department is said to try and establish what are combatants and what not (Coordinator of Government Affairs in the Territories (COGAT) ) but if i'm not mistaken those are the same who can't enter Gaza because Hamas wouldn't let them. So we probably see the same thing happening in a few years time. Terrorist attack on Isreal by Hamas and friends, about a week o global outrage and than the remainder of the years Isreal is the baddie again.

I know. And that's omitted from the reporting.

I'm thinking that the prosecution knew that the charges were unlikely to stick, but these charges allowed for pre trial detention, whereas lower charges more likely to stick would not have led to detention. I think the security services abused the process to make an example of these people.
