An interesting report from Australia detailing a submission from the Jewish Council to the Australian royal commission on antisemitism and social cohesion
Conflation of Jewish identity with Israel driving antisemitism, Jewish Council says in submission to royal commission
...
The submission says two important drivers of antisemitism are the “growth of far-right, neo-Nazi and conspiracist movements, which represent a significant and often overlooked threat to Jewish communities, and the aggressive actions of the state of Israel and conflation of Jewish identity with Israel”.

That is “a conflation that the state of Israel itself has long cultivated and which causes direct harm to Jewish people worldwide when they are blamed for Israel’s actions”, the submission says.
...
The aspect I found particularly interesting is their highlighting that the Israeli state has been a major contributor of the conflation.

Some common sense as opposed to UK's hop scotching, afraid of pointing out some realities for fear of being anti-semitic.

That applies to all parties in this mess, doesn't it?

USA bombing while in peace talks, and changing their position constantly, Israel bombing and killing and Iran being murderous of it's citizens.

Actually I think you know what to expect from Iran. US and Israel less so.

Which would you buy a used bike from?
Yeh there all bad, but Isreal/Nathanyahu and Trump both are time limited as elections, Iran has no such thing, so who would be the bigger threath? But yes at current none of the three is trustworthy i fully agree with that.

I wouldn't buy a used bike from any of the three

Not wanting to stir up a hornet#s nest, but this issue of Palestine (& Lebanon to a lesser degree) seems to have dropped off the mainstream media output.

So, what is happening there at present?
Ideally answer of a factual nature avoiding inflamatory language around genocide , torture etc.
If Israeli troops are still in Palestine what are they doing? How long does it take them to destroy everything there, if that is their aim?

What is happening re aid getting in via the Egyptian border - was it Raffa?

Good questions.

I've read a bit about some very bad stuff happening on the West Bank, and some suggestions from the US that a few Dems want to reduce aid to Israel (Good luck with that).

Otherwise nothing.

I am surprised it has disappeared so much from the agenda everywhere it seems

I have no idea what the reference you make ot Westr Bank is as I've not heard anything - not disagreeing with you - just expressing my ignorance

We know about public executions of those who opposed Hamas, in the little zone they got back no idea if they got more back, if i recall corretly it was a phased thing with Trumps peace board stepping in or something. But despite all the destruction Hamas is still the superior military force(according to media) and thus every land they get back they start purging of opposition.
The sad thing also is despite all the destruction there was a growing discontent with Hamas more and more people seem to have been happy if they (idf) marched on and did get rid off them.
the most likely outcome now is a few new genocide topics after Hamas attacks isreal again in a few years, kills babys in ovens rapes children and the usual lot on this topic will e to busy disputing how it actually happened like they where there. All the while not having the same critical views when it's about Israel's retaliations that has to be genocide, murder and such.

also interesting that Lebanon's non-hezbollah related government actually wants them gone. but i have no idea to which extent they communicate with Isreal.

Seemingly, more death and torture:

Addressed to Hegseth…..

Sacrifice?? What the fark are you talking about??

They did not willingly sacrifice themselves.

They were killed because of the war you, Trump, and the admin, are waging on behalf of a FOREIGN COUNTRY, Israel.

You mean their deaths fuel your bloodlust for a senseless war. https://t.co/A0PhmLvHzx
