As I have probably mentioned, one can opt out of the State's subscription TV, just like any other service.

Trouble is, opt out from the state's TV subscription and you are forced to opt out of all the commercial stations that come over the airwaves.

Basically, if it’s not live then you can fill your boots.
“Live” also includes sport so TNT/Sky etc, if you are worried about getting caught.

Requires you to be signed in to Google to watch so they can track you, build their anaylsis, basically monetise you.

Mitch Benn is good, becoming part of Google's product is not.
