I think this is supposed to be clever and funny, but I can't be sure. Maybe it just needs a bendy banana and a few more labels to be utterly hilarious.

I think the totality of his thinking was Burnham, North, Brussels, EU, France, erm... not quite sure what Coronation Street has to do with all that, but hey, it's a reference most people will get, even if they don't know why he's picked it.

It's not even a good caricature of Burnham, but maybe I'm expecting too much from a political cartoonist.
