who can you bring forward to prove she did "bad stuff"??
That is exactly the issue, considering Syria and Iraq weren't exactly ''safe'' evidence is kind of hard.
They have had a few trials in the Netherlands and i assume here too just couldn't find a link currently. and they are all charged with ''entering an war zone'' ''membership of an terrorist organisation'' things like that, they should have put up tribunals right after Isis defeat so they would be tried right there and then.

..... Once she's back in the country it would be hard IMPOSSIBLE to remove her.

Yes, I think that's correct. There doesn't seem to be much going on re charging those who went to Syria, and she won't be allowed in to Bangladesh without a visa, which they won't issue, so once in the UK she wouldn't be going anywhere. I doubt she actually even has a passport now. I'm sure she will have been relieved of it somewhere along the line.

If she's allowed back, or rather forced back, to the UK and is put in front of a court we might get to the bottom of what she did.

Or we may not as it's hardly unknown for people in trouble to say something to implicate others in same or worse to get themselves off the hook.

No point having a thread. She used to manage buckets of human heads, now she will never return to the uk. There’s nothing more to say on the subject. Good day.

I don't think we'll ever know the full truth about Begum to be honest, hence (I think) where @Ian H is coming from.
That's true and many of those who travelled to there. But we do at times convict people of murder if there is enough evidence but no body, Isis wasn't exactly shy of sharing details, said descriptions as in their duties of making suicide vest, recruiting etc. etc. where litterly in their glossy Dabiq magazine. So it's a it more then ''someone said''
but that is the whole problem
evidence seems to be along the lines of "someone said" and "it was well known that"
or if it was more certain then it is not clear not freely she might have taken part
It was also in their magazine and in the various interview's they gave. If she didn't take part she would be death.
