There were over 100 arrests. Mostly for people smoking a joint.

They might have been holding a bit of cardboard in support of Palestine Action.

Did you enjoy your time there, or did you just find it a bit interesting?

It was very quiet when I was there over the weekend

The 2025 Carnival saw a 51% increase in arrests compared to 2024 (528 vs. 349).

Thankfully the stabbings didn't result in deaths this time

Yes, it was a good carnival this year, with a lowered crime rate, but the locals who have to board up their homes and shops don’t seem to have much choice about it.

I would like to know how £400million is calculated.
That’s an additional £200 per person boost, which I find very hard to believe.
