How do you display the fact that you are not a Brexiteer? Do you wear an EU flag t-shirt or have it tattooed on your cheek?

One tends not to need to "display" it. It arises naturally in conversation, once I say I've come from England. (I'm sure they can tell I'm foreign, but speaking another language is a pretty good way to hide that you're English...)

I have been abroad several times since the vote in 2016, not once has the conversation with any of the local French or German people I have engaged with turned to Brexit. Do you bring it up to highlight that you didn't vote for it?

No, others tend to bring it up because it confuses and intrigues them. They simply cannot understand our unprecedented act of national self-harm. I suspect that they get the impression that it might not be a good idea to raise the topic with you!
