Even when many of us who never voted for this crock of shite in the first place are in fact doing our best to make the crock slightly less sh*tty..

Meanwhile the brexshitters do what to help with any of it..

I've said this before but it feels like being the weary parents, trying to sort out the carnage after an out of control, ill thought through teenage party..

Whilst the hungover youth sprawl about doing sod all - I know I know, slight overtones of bad tempered hyperbole..
But it's still very very hot out here..

Well I know, I can't claim I never indulge in a spot of the same 'sport' but it's also a case of Do you allow yourself to get dragged down to the same spiteful level of thought destroying clichés ??

Still it's a free forum, etc etc, so fill your boots, no skin off my noes and so on..

To be fair, it's disappointing that they never provide any opportunity for actual constructive discussion & debate, which is very much what I'd prefer.

This particular example isn't even much (slightly guilty) fun to take the p!ss out of, as he doesn't appear to recognise the bait he's being offered to rise to.

The sad bit is that all it does is confirm one's very worst suspicions.

You know what it feels like? Being autistic. Absolutely open to discussion, wanting to talk about the positives, make it a success, find out what we all need to do to help, talk about all the wonderful things. But then one attempts to express that, in the spirit of community, and the response is like you've just come down from Mars and you're speaking a different language. You're completely and entirely misunderstood, accused of positions you don't hold, none of the questions you pose are answered and it's all a confusing mess of talking at cross purposes. Just a complete miscommunication and a lot of energy spent trying to advance the conversation but getting nowhere.

Well that's what it feels like although I tend to think it's a rather generous interpretation of the situation.

at mudsticks talks about brexit doing her a disservice, but as she states. She has plenty of well paid staff working on the farm, so many that she can spend 18hrs a day on here, talking absolute shite.

Tbh that's how I feel a lot of the time -although I think many of us do to a certain extent??

Or maybe not, maybe I have been hiding out in the countryside, being self employed, and 'unmonitored' for so long, and I've actually 'got away' with undiagnosed neuro divergency ??

I dunno, oth I think feeling misunderstood is fairly common phenomenon ..
