because thats what you do in a negotiation, you agree things that other people want, in return for something else.....they could have easily agreed no passport stamping......same as we agreed trade deals with one country, that others dont have

The EU have clearly not been offered anything suitable from the UK Gov in exchange for retaining that benefit that the EU felt was a fair exchange. That’s how negotiations work.

I do believe that an awful lot of people fell for the line “we hold all the cards”.

Yes, I don’t live or work in the UK but, this will really piss you off, I’m a UK citizen so I am entitled to my opinion. Also, as a UK passport holder, brexit affects me too.
