Slow and steady
The photos of them together often have interesting body language. She drapes herself over him, he is distant. A woman with father issues willing to do abhorrent things for his approval and the status he granted.

I'm glad you said that; that's how I read him - always positioning himself to make the other person approach/please him.

You have to wonder if her relationship with Epstein didn't mirror the one with her father, Robert Maxwell. Distant controlling father who you had to please to gain approval and support from. Some people avoid replicating the harmful dynamics of childhood relationships, others repeat them. Regardless, she was happy to see others hurt and damaged to maintain her own position in his entourage.

But will that achieve anything beyond reminding the country about the allegations and reminding us all about his involvement with Epstein.

I won't be surprised if the photo below starts appearing on TV/Press reports tonight/tomorrow.

It will be interesting to see how much, if any, of what they have looked at so far can be used as evidence of wrongdoing, if of course they find anything.

You would hope that in a high profile case like this the courts would have got the warrant right.

There can be no evidence of wrongdoing, he says he has done nothing wrong. People are so cynical these days, why not just trust him at his word?

If they got the search warrant wrong there should definitely be nothing that can be used as evidence against him.

If any potential case against him fails the fault lies squarely with the courts/police for cocking their job up.

I did immediately think 'Streisand effect'. And just as he was starting to recede from public consciousness. It's not going to do anything to get him back in the royal fold, as I suspect C3R will be furious, just wanting him to go away.

Can they put it back where the got it from snd 5 mins later appear with a valid warrant and seize it all again?

I heard something the other day that it doesn’t necessarily mean the material can’t be used. I can’t recall the details though. I would guess there would be arguments over what is admissible up front.

They shouldn't be allowed to.

Whether it's for the former Prince Andrew or Fred Bloggs.
BBC reporting along the lines of for now Police keep but don't use it and reapply to courts but using the correct law. BBC reporter saying legal experts have told her they are likely to be granted it applying under the correct law. Apparently that case is going to be heard next year and Prince Andrew's legal team will be fighting it.

Only repeating BBC as I no lawyer.

To me:
Lawyers are expensive.
If you want to hinder an investigation into yourself, let the Police spend months pouring over irrelevant documents.
If public reputation of the Royal Family are important, keep your head down and hope the public look to more interesting stuff.
If documents seized contain incriminating evidence of law breaking then get expensive lawyers, pay their bills and fight in court.

A bit of conspiracy theorising without evidence, trying to block the documents might be an upstanding citizen holding the Police to high standards or might suggest there is something in the seized material that is incriminating. Might me incriminating to Prince Andrew's mates and he's suffering reputational damage protecting them but my personal view of his character is that's less likely so maybe he's lucky he doesn't physically sweat.
