Prince Andrew is clearly a creepy knobber, but I find myself thinking along the lines of "let he who is without creepy knobbery cast the first stone".
Have any of us a sexual history that isn't without shameful episodes that we regret and wish we could atone for? Are we all confident we're on the side of the angels?
On a continuum between, say, on the one hand Weinstein, Andrew and Epstein and on the other welsh Martin Sheen, Thich Nhat Hahn and David Attenborough, where would you position yourself?

A noble thought, but, much more fun to just wheel out the pitchforks and guillotine

What make of chopper..??
I don't know very much about helicopters but they used to teach pilots in pretty small ones slightly bigger than a Hughes OH-6 Cayuse. It must have mind-boggling tedious for the instructors to hover for hours on end so close to the ground, and completely terrifying for the students.

I do think this is the end of the road for him. It would be a huge mistake for him to try and rehabilitate his reputation. He needs to disappear from public view altogether and be grateful it ended as well as it did for him. Leaving aside the specific allegations, the other things that have come to light suggest he's an arrogant and unpleasant man so I don't think there will be a thawing in public sentiment about him like there has been with Camilla.
I know what you meant, but on first reading I was wondering what the sex trafficking allegations were against Camilla!!!

And I'm pretty sure Camilla was never accused of any crimes, or of associating with known sex offenders (Andrew perhaps being an exception?)

So hardly a fair comparison.

Of course you don't need to do very much at all to get on the wrong side of the 'royalty loving' British public if you happen to be female.

Just refuse to be a properly demure English rose, and have the cheek to say something beyond,

"Euw, helleuw, and what deuw you deuw ?"

Of course poor Andrew must be very confused.

As to him it probs only seems like yesterday that it was all nudge nudge wink wink "Randy Andy" "What a playboy" stuff, with the tabloids.

They're definitely part of the problem with all this...

Ummm....

Im not sure if anyone has ever felt creeped out by my advances..

But if they were then I can only apologise..

It was probs their fault anyhows for being all alluring, and sending out the wrong messages..

I suspect this is another reason why the guys are so reluctant to call out their 'bros' bad behaviour....

"There but for 'not being caught' go I.."

See also The Met , and other bastions of normalised sexism / misogyny..

And don't get me started on the female water carriers for all this..

Not to mention a terrible waste of fuel..

Speaking as a cyclist, a bass player and a ginger, my own sexual history is perhaps understandably limited, so I'm actually deeply saddened by the fact I can't offer any worthwhile reality-based response to that interesting question.

In the case of the Creepy Royal Knobber under discussion, he has demonstrated absolutely no shame, regret or desire to atone for any of the bafflingly costly activities he absolutely didn't do in any way, shape or form.

Hang on a minute weren't you claiming to have a partner the other day,??

Pretty sure you didn't mean a business partner..

Quality is more important than quantity etc etc

Not that there's anything wrong with both - if all parties are fully consenting, and so forth ..

I must have missed a few posts, hadn’t noticed anyone giving it the “go I “ line.

That was @qigong chimp s implication I believe, I may have misread..
They may be able to confirm or otherwise..
It's probably better to hit the Cranfield tarmac from thirty feet than to go into the North Sea from fifteen hundred with eight passengers in the back.
Indeed, a friend's brother trains rig helibopter pilots.

Having done the job hisself for many a year.
The whole thing sounds most alarming..

But hang on a minute....

Are we getting ourselves side tracked from the point of the thread, with helicopter chat .🤔

My cousin flew Helicopters alongside Prince Andrew...I've dissociated myself from him of course.....
