I can honestly say, I have zero interest in or concern for his hardships or otherwise, but, I do care if a knee jerk decision ends up costing the public finances even more than now.

I agree. Sandringham is, I believe, privately owned by KC and not the Crown Estates so I assume this had been done so as not to have him living in a publically funded property. What other income he may receive, security etc. is another matter. Unfortunately I struggle to see a scenario where no public money at all is being spent on him, at least indirectly.

Yes well, Universal Credit and a Council House is probably not possible, unfortunately 😊

In my view this whole saga is just about the royal family's image and another thing for the public to be outraged about.
I want charges brought, sentencing, names named, the whole shebang. Until then, meh.

PS - The notion of sending him over to Congress would be a complete waste of time. That would be shut down immediately by Donnie and the DoJ, with the possible exception of Andy being the scapegoat and then he would really have to worry about his safety.

Indeed, it is a good deflection from the Governments various "issues", and, it has even put Farage off the front pages, as for the Royals, who cares?

I think it’s time to open the “Fletcher Memorial Home” for the likes of Andrew and Fergie.

BBC have an article about the options on the estate. It’s amazing how many properties they have kicking about on these estates.

I'm finding all the fawning in the press about crediting how King acted beyond daft. Their reaction is many years too late and even now they've been dragged kicking and screaming into acting having tried everything else to get away with a few scraps of pretend action.

And King claiming "wanting to ensure it's constitutionally legal" - these are made-up meaningless titles, made up by the Royal family to flatter their own egos. They can un-makeup the stupidity in seconds if they really wanted to.

And after many many years of damage limitation trying to avoid actually acknowledging the underlying issue, this is the first time I've seen them acknowledge the victims - many years too late and many years spent just looking at themselves and protecting their positions.
