Yes, I have not come across any adverse comments relating to him. I am rather a fan of his various TV programs / adventures. One of his recent such adventures (a journey through Scandinavia) contained some rather unsettling stuff, particularly relating to Sweden and Denmark, just piqued my interest in what if any view on his stuff was held by the forum hive mind.

Well, he is variously described as a TV Presenter or Journalist in the online stuff I have turned up. But, most, maybe all, of his stuff I have watched could be termed "travel" I suppose. I would say, a poor man's Michael Palin 😂

I have been impressed with his apparent humanity on the travel programmes with him I have seen. One that springs to mind was one on migrants and the Greek Islands.
Of course may be faking it, in which case he could get a job as an actor. Although that, at least in the short term, will not be as well paid and certainly wouldn't have the travel opportunities.
