I don’t think it’s unreasonable to want a bit of comfort and refinement when driving though (although I agree that Beemer looks hideous).

I’ve actually driven a modern Renault Traffic when I brought my daughter back from Uni and in many ways it was nicer to drive than my ageing Qashqai but I don’t think I’d want it as my daily vehicle.

I still maintain that most BMWs are bought for the badge.
Not only that but most purchasers can’t drive them properly anyway.

How about a Renault Traffic 9-seater for £35k, if you're going to have a thing as big as a minibus? Probably better visibility at the front end too.

nah - still uses Diesel. EV version isn't out until next year. VW Buzz is apparently decent though.

That and past reputation from people who don’t realise how much other brands have caught up (especially with electric where many ‘legacy’ companies wasted years trying to force electric motors into their existing ICE vehicles). I’ve had BMWs as company cars in the past and they were fine but nothing special.

Once a printer….

Yes, when @Ian H runs out of ink he starts flashing (so I'm told).

Hey, schools and colleges, would it be possible not just to have photogenic girls in your A-level publicity, please? Surely all publicity photos should reflect to some extent the gender (and racial mix) of the cohort??

(As a counterpoint, I gave up trying to get female cyclist photos on the club website, as the boy racer contingent kept on featuring themselves - however many times I put up photos of the female racers & members, a few weeks later they would be replaced. Grrr molto.)

This is the other photo from Weston College's website. You must have missed it.
