From UN speech….
”They've used bots and fake websites, falsified newspaper articles, forged the branding of 28 British organisations, including universities and the BBC.
"We're talking about an insidious campaign that reaches into people's homes and twists what they feel about their own country and community – creating a narrative of decline, stoking division and sowing despair.”

See, he said Russia, but we all know he actually meant Reform. Obvious innit.

Bit of a weird poll as it's about tactical voting outcomes but looking increasingly worse for Färage. ButI don't think Farärage will walk away from £70m bank balance (where previously I wondered about him heading to US).

Tactical voting at next election could push Reform into fourth place, poll finds

Polling suggests Andy Burnham is attracting progressives back to Labour, motivated by desire to stop Nigel Farage

Progressive voters could push Reform UK into fourth place and put Labour within touching distance of a majority if tactical voting is widespread at the next election, a major poll has found.
But I guess it's not just about Reform getting nowhere in our legislature but also about reducing the Reform driven attitudes (attitudes to refugees, to non-white skin, etc., etc.)

Still maybe it'll take people's attention away from his history.

If Reform stop being a threat hopefully the other Parties will row back on pandering to their racist voters and the attitudes will become something you don’t feel you can express publicly again.

Haha, Telegraph reporter screws up. Not only did he not text Reform's James Orr to get 'background' on the Reform foreign money sting (i.e. do some PR for him), but he texted someone who shared his request to Private Eye. Oops.

I wondered that.
If we send an email at work to the wrong person it has to be deleted and the other party informed.

But are those clauses at the bottom of emails really enforceable?

It’s enforceable by civil law from what I can tell. Probably not by criminal law.

How? Is there an implied contract? I didn't ask for the information sent to me, on what grounds can the sender put any conditions on me?

It could be argued that being careless enough to send communications to some random third party rather undermines any 'reasonable expectations' you might have.

Also it wasn't the third party that published it. It was the next party along...
