Reform brings their silly flag nonsense to the Senedd.
Reform MS says Ukraine flag should not fly at 'virtue signalling' Welsh Parliament
IMHO one of the main charms of Cardiff city centre is the flags, any flags, whatever to occasion there are flags and banners everywhere.
Newly elected Reform Councillors in Kirklees. Quite astonishing to put yourself forward as a Councillor and not bother to learn the basics. Even more astonishing to say if you go ahead with this vote that I don't understand and couldn't be arsed to learn about, we'll tell constituents it was your fault!

Someone somewhere linked the standing orders, and I have to say that they are a model of clarity, and pretty thorough too. Basically a guidebook of how everything works, and would take about 30 minutes to digest properly, and easily referenced ad hoc if needs be. And Kirklees' own website isn't exactly impenetrable, for someone who's literate.

A Reform UK councillor who vowed to try and address anti-social behaviour and "people feeling unsafe" during her campaign was convicted of assault four months before the local elections. Bouncer Emma Beck, 47, was found guilty of assault by beating after shoving a woman in her 60s to the floor while working the doors at a bar in St Helens, Merseyside. Details of the conviction were not aired during the campaign, which saw Beck elected to represent the Thatto Heath ward on St Helens Council.
I was just reminding you that we're not supposed to point out the intellectual shortcomings of reform's candidates.
