It did not. No implicitly identified victim. No incitement. In fact if we do take the view that this is anything more than humour beyond the bounds of good taste, it is clearly not incitement. Incitement is a calling for third party action. In this case there is no call for a third party action. It messages the opposite, that third party action is not required because a plan is already in place.

I'm against the idea that Farage be beheaded for corruption, because today he still has the human rights that he protests others having tomorrow (figuratively).

IIRC Aaron Banks had some links to Russia. Must surely be coincidence that George Cottrell has too (see below... talk about tangled webs!) And also just coincidence that Nathan Gill was jailed for taking Russian bribes. They are just so unlucky, eh?

Has anybody actually seen the offending t-shirt? A quick search only brought up this, which is far from outrageous IMO, so I wondered whether the actual shirt had an identifiable Farage image.

That is the t shirt. Worn by a large ginger haired man in the news pics I saw. It's a pun on the XTC song obviously but it would be hard to argue it meant anything other than Farage as the song lyrics don't feature guillotines funnily enough. Imo: bad taste, but neither him wearing it or Polanski reposting it is a police matter, and of course it doesn't do the wearer's cause any favours.

I agree with you but not sure if there is any rule about defining good or bad taste. Taste is just taste and good or bad is just subjective, but at least you qualified it with "imo".

There are loads of rules governing good taste.

I reckon this was a stitch up between Pootin's social media ops and Morocco. It has all the hallmarks of a planned operation to stir up racists & xenophobes. Obviously it worked.

Yeah, well that's been part of the plan for decades (hence his funding of Farage by nefarious means), and Trump is his effort to fracture the US into civil war. There are enough ignorant and greedy people that it's largely worked.
