Why Monker's niece decided to use her late aunt's account rather than set one up of her own is absolutely no business of anyone else, other than some apparently very small-minded people who want to use it as some kind of get-back at someone whose views are usually diammetrically opposite to theirs. She is clearly not aiming to deceive anyone, and presumably operating within the site's rules.
Responding critically to petty, rather snide comments fits neither of the responses in these posts.
