Heard this on the radio whilst at work today.....For the last 77 years Piet Mondrian's famous artwork ‘New York City I’ has been hanging upside down.

I'm sure he wouldn't of been that bothered...there again ?He, like a lot of modern artists, would turn pictures he was working on upside down in order to get a fresh view of them. I'd take the view that the orientation of most of Mondrian's later work isn't that important.
