Banksy isn't for me, but I wouldn't call his stuff vandalism. I reckon if he didn't play on the whole anonymity thing nobody would give much of a toss about him as it's mostly pretty basic stencil stuff.
There's loads of Prefab77 and Mul stuff around here, some of it commissioned and some of it just randomly about the place, which is just accepted as part of the urban landscape.
