I was going to say Greek, purely because I watched 'Two weeks in August' recently on the BBC about friends on holiday in Greece and apparently goats figure prominently in Greek mythology!

B, I and J are my favourites. I like the style of F, very different to the others, but not sure about it on a banknote.
