They shouldn't hold the World Cup in a country where women don't have equal rights in law. They wouldn't hold it in South Africa if it still had apartheid. I hope it continues to be a huge embarrassment for Fifa.
Unfortunately it's all about ££££/$$$$$ and companies and sports will continue to chase the money. They will virtue signal their support to boost profits when it suits, but they really don't give a toss about migrant workers/gay people/ women.
