Third Lanark is the football equivalent of the Norwegian Blue Parrot.

I'll admit the stadium needs a bit of work.

UAE may halt UK investments after Manchester City guilty verdict

The United Arab Emirates have reportedly warned the government it could cancel big investments in the UK after Manchester City were found guilty by an independent commission.

Emirati officials said “the Premier League’s actions” would “have an influence on the bilateral state relationship”, according to Bloomberg.

Elsewhere, the Telegraph said the UAE is threatening to withdraw a multi-billion pound investment into a Silicon Valley-style Oxbridge tech hub.

I think Ronaldo would be very pissed off if Messi threw Ronaldo's toys out of the pram.
😉

It's about time someone threw Ronaldo out of the pram.

Relegation is tricky. The trouble is that you will be punishing players now for the actions of the owners 10 years ago.
I suspect it will be a 40-50 point deduction, which will be just enough to keep them in the prem.

I don’t see them being lenient given the amount of money that has been spent and City challenging the decision. Had they accepted the decision it may have been a big fine and tough but survivable points deduction.
