Why? The overwhelming common denominator in sex offending and violence towards women is that the offender is male. The risk factor is 'being male' not being a 'legitimate concerns' person. You're just trying to have us believe some men are different from other men simply because they say so.
How do you suggest we identify the 'legitimate concerns' men in order to mitigate risk when they are around women and girls? Perhaps they could identify as 'not a legitimate concern person' ? Then women wouldn't have to worry I suppose.
