Post conviction, I understand the route would be to try to get the US Supreme Court to hear an appeal from the State's highest court.
....
Can the US Supreme Court hear an appeal about a state crime? I am not sure they have the Jurisdiction to do so and that any appeal about a state crime would have to be heard by the State's own Supreme Court.

Time will tell on this matter whether they can or not

Already seeing and hearing reports (from reliable media) that Trump is beginning to lose patience with and "tiring of" Musk.

Long thought that Trump's personality makes him want to be king. Long thought that Musk's personality makes him want to be king. And when two kings over the same territory, both needing the attention of the population and bandwidth from the media ... it can't last. Particularly given Trump's record on his feeling indebted to those helping him.

I'm wondering is the DOGE department might end-up not happening with Musk out of Trump World before 20 Jan 2025.

See this link https://statecourtreport.org/our-wo...tter, today's,both civil and criminal appeals.
Much appears to be down to interpretation, which is why I referenced Thomas and Alito. Chief Justice Roberts also appears to want to be unhealthily involved in Trump SC cases, as reported in the Guardian and elesewhere.
