Depends a bit on how it's over, if it's just somekind of peace deal, nope probably not, i think the whole regime needs to come down for them to be released if they are alive that is.

I think it'd just a matter of time. The Russian economy is in a very poor state. Gains on the front which took years to achieve have been obliterated in the last 10 days. Refinery's keep getting hit. There's oil in tankers world wide that they can't sell. China stopped buying Russian electricity almost 2 months ago. The essential railway network is £50bn in debt. They are running out of soldiers, weaponry, defence systems and cash. Putin has seized the assets of 12 once listed billionaire Oligarch's. Key figures keep falling out of windows. Banks are being coerced into lending money. Debt both fiscally and domestically is totally unsustainable. Putin is rapidly running out of ally's - Venezuela, Syria, Chechnya (soon Iran) and to an extent, China. India will soon not be purchasing oil due to European pressure and the toxic nature of sanctioned oil.

And all the children killed by Bush & Blair with their illegal wars. Make up a weapons of mass destruction fantasy to keep oil in US dollars. War is a racket. War is hell.
