Yet, they have written Donetsk, Zaporizhia and Kherson.

Under the PERL initiative, Europe has paid for military equipment including Patriot systems which are yet to be delivered. The deal was signed off and paid for months ago but someone is blocking the delivery.

Red states form the core of weapons production in the US.

Why you ask?

Europeans have become extraordinarily sceptical and thereby averse to buying US weaponry.
They are viewed as unreliable purveyors. Europe is the primary market.

So Trump is shooting them in the foot as the US has sold Ukraine hand me down archaic military equipment whilst simultaneously depleting contemporary weapons in the middle east.
This in the light of Trump's ludicrous sentiments about the US giving Ukraine everything and the Ukrainians giving back nothing... except Ukraine has been sharing intel on Russian activity that the US couldn't effectively amass without the Ukrainians since 2014.
