If Russia hits Ukrainian power plants, the strikes are retaliatory.

Not sure that’s how the Geneva Convention works. They’re either both legal acts or both illegal acts. It seems a bit of a grey area which and comes down to what the likely affects will be of cutting off civilian power supplies. FWIW many Western governments were arguing it was illegal when Russia did it initially.

Seems it's genuine. Won't be long before Putin is 'reminding' Trump of the party line. Would be quite nice to have a US leader who wasn't genuinely insane.

Putin hasn't conducted this war with any convention. He's kidnapped 000's of children and is implicated in torture of prisoners, the raping and killing of women and genocide. Personally, if Ukraine were in a position to blow his frikkin brains across the Kremlin walls, they should. Convention or no convention.

Correct, many will be sex trafficked by gangs or have their organs harvested. All this kind of thing is generally kept out of the legacy main stream media.

Sure, but your earlier post was telling us how Ukraine don’t do things against civilians (for some reason this was quoting me commenting on how the Russians act like the wronged party whenever the war is taken to them). Then in the very next post talked about how they had wiped out power to 600,000 civilians in the Moscow winter.

As far as I’m concerned Ukraine will always have the moral high ground as long as Russia is occupying their territory. Russians sulking about strikes inside their country are a joke.

This is the theatre in Mariupol where the Ukrainians sheltered 600 children and marked 'Children' clearly on the car park.
Russia bombed it nonetheless at the beginning of this conflict:

..and this is it now, full of (sick) people dancing after the Russians rebuilt it:
