Known as the Sun Salutation, I used to do it everyday but now as I get older and need it more than ever I have lapsed. So 1st Jan I’ll get back into the habit, if I can.

OK, thanks, found a rather bendier version on Youtube to follow till I've learnt it. Might incorporate one or two twisting stretches too on the one with one leg back. But an under-two-minute routine would be good to do daily, and even something I might stick to.
