It was a bit strange to see it, this is as far from Ukraine and the war as you can get in Europe.

A lot rests on this conflict. We're the other side of the pond but we still take interest in US politics. The annual parade in Berlin has had lots of Trump effigies. Japan is supporting Ukraine - it's miles away.

My surprise was at a Ukrainian graffiti in the årse end of nowhere, not at people taking interest. In general, people in here seem to have wider knowledge of world politics than the average brit (NACA excepted).
