Lots of people like that are on it. They usually have accounts on X, fb, Threads, too. Why wouldn't they? I'm not sure why you think a platform with 20m users having those celebrities on is an indication of anything other than them seeking to maximising engagement.

Sorry, but you may have to define "listen to". Because from what I'm seeing, anyone taking to trouble to rebut point by point is listening. Granted, some are better at it than others.
